How do you ensure the chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?

We use insulated thermal packaging and food-safe cold packs for all orders during warmer months or when shipping to hot climates to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

What is the shelf life of your handmade truffles?

Because we use fresh ingredients and no artificial preservatives, our truffles are best enjoyed within 3 to 4 weeks of delivery. Please store them in a cool, dry place between 15-18°C (60-65°F).

Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?

Yes, we have a dedicated collection of dark chocolates and plant-based ganaches that are 100% vegan. Please check the 'Vegan' category on our shop page for specific product details.

Are your chocolate products nut-free?

While many of our chocolates do not contain nuts as a primary ingredient, all of our products are processed in a facility that handles peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.

Can I include a personalized message for a gift?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will see a 'Gift Message' box where you can write a custom note that we will print on a premium card and include with your order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great pride in our packaging, but if your order is damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package for a full replacement or refund.
